The process is easy- you can take photos of your items and email them to us at Info@ThreeCottages.com, or you can come in and speak with one of our consignment specialists. For a list of what we do and do not take click here.
Once we assess your items and agree on a selling price, the contract is signed and we take care of the rest! Once the item sells, you will receive 60% of that price*. We mail all checks once a month (around the 8th) for all purchases made the month before.
